As a JU student, you have access to many systems and programs. Some are essential for administrative purposes, others you can use for academic research.
You will receive temporary login and password for your account after you enroll in the School. The first time you log in, you will be asked to set a new password and email address. Your e-mail in JU domain should look like this: name.surname@doctoral.uj.edu.pl.
We suggest to connect JU e-mail to an e-mail client on your smartphone.
USOS (University Student Support System) is an information system for managing studies at the Jagiellonian University.
In USOS you can, for example:
- register for courses & seminars (and connect them to a specific stage of studies),
- apply for a place in the Doctoral House,
- fill in the declaration for scholarship purposes,
- check the date of receipt and the amount of the scholarship,
- check the number of ECTS points obtained,
- download the transcripts of records.

Office 365 by Microsoft includes:
- e-mail in JU domain,
- MS Teams account,
- popular office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint in both desktop and online versions,
- other apps and services like SharePoint, Forms, PowerAutomate.
