The Jagiellonian University has gained access to the prestigious e-learning platform Nature Masterclasses offering the following online courses:
· Scientific Writing and Publishing
· Effective Collaboration in Research
· Peer Review
· Managing Research Data to Unlock its Potential
· Narrative Tools for Researchers
Access is available to all students, researchers and staff members. Note that the course focuses on research within the natural sciences.
How do I get access to the platform?
Register on the Nature Masterclasses website: https://masterclasses.nature.com/register
Your course access is tied to your institutional email domain, so ensure you register with your institutional email address.
As part of the registration process, you’ll receive an email from Nature Masterclasses asking you to verify your email address. Once you’ve clicked the link in the email, your registration is complete.
The first time you open the course, you’ll be asked to enter a few details, such as your name and our institution’s name.
Once registered, simply log in whenever you want to access Nature Masterclasses.
For participation in the course, PhD students will receive ECTS points.
The Nature Masterclasses Online is granted by your PhD programme Heads with 2 ECTS for a full set of courses (32 h), or 1 ECTS if you present certificates for passing at least 15 h of courses.
